National Relief Charities is a non profit organization that provides services and donated products to Native Americans throughout the country. Not all NRC employees work on reservations, but instead man call-centers or work in warehouses, far from the challenges that face people living in Indian country. With hundreds of employees in multiple states, NRC understood the value of creating a visual tool that would communicate the organization’s story and vision to new hires.
Spirit Media partnered with National Relief Charities to not only develop an employee orientation video, but to craft the NRC story in a way that could reach potential corporate donors.
Following the development of a clear message strategy, the Spirit Media creative team traveled to remote reservations to conduct interviews and gather video images of the Native American people and communities where NRC services are needed most. Spirit Media developed a ten minute script, created custom graphics, and selected specific voice talent and music to enhance the NRC story.
The video was replicated on DVD for distribution to multiple NRC offices and staff who create positive change for children, elders and Native American families living on reservations.
