PalauFest Productions, a division of the Luis Palau Association, had the opportunity to produce an Emmy nominated one-hour, international television special, Livin It: Unusual Suspects. With actor Stephen Baldwin as an Executive Producer, the project required partnering with a highly skilled, veteran team that could produce a professional TV program worthy of prime-time broadcasts in major markets.
Palau selected Spirit Media as its production partner to produce the special; an in-depth look at the lives of actor Stephen Baldwin, evangelist and author Luis Palau, skateboard legend Christian Hosoi, and musical artist Chynna Phillips. Spirit Media also taped interviews with former U.S. President Bill Clinton, actor Alec Baldwin and gospel/R&B artist Kirk Franklin.
The project required the Spirit Media team to generate a precise production schedule and execute all videotaping, interviewing, scriptwriting, graphic design and editing. The program was taped in high definition video which greatly enhanced the professionalism of the presentation.
Livin It: Unusual Suspects has received the following program awards:
-Bronze Telly Award
-3rd Place - National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) Judges Award for “Best Program”
