Spirit Media and the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office partnered on another adventurous project to produce a promotional web video for SARCon, an international-caliber search and rescue conference held annually on Mt. Hood. Clackamas County Sheriff Craig Roberts wanted a promotional web video to not only raise awareness of search and rescue training and operations in Oregon, but to continue to draw sponsors, speakers and participants from around the world to the event.
The Spirit Media team captured video in both classroom and field environments throughout the multi-day conference. To demonstrate the significance of on-going training, the creative team followed experts and SARCon attendees into rivers, forests and videotaped a spectacular search and rescue helicopter maneuver. Spirit Media managed all production elements for the video production including scriptwriting, videotaping, sound, editing, mastering to DVD and conversion to flash for the web.
