Bill Dolan

Bill Dolan has nearly 30 years of television, media and marketing experience.  After directing 12 years at the Portland, Oregon ABC affiliate, Bill founded Spirit Media, a strategic creative services agency.  As an Emmy-nominated TV Producer and Director, Bill has directed international broadcasts, produced live events for up to 250,000 people and has acted as creative director for Fortune 500 companies to small organizations throughout the United States.  As author and speaker to audiences around the country, Bill is recognized as an authority in foundational principles of compelling marketing communications, strategic messaging and brand integrity.


Anne DeRock

Creative Services Director

Anne is one of the most fascinating and admired individuals in media. With degrees in speech, theater and television production, Anne launched her media career in corporate video production in 1980. Her years as a feature producer and writer for the nationally syndicated program "PM Magazine", took her around the world while refining her gift as a quick study with a powerful knack for telling a story. After a completing a series for "The Learning Channel", she joined the Spirit Media team in 2000. Anne has worked with and interviewed sports heroes, corporate executives, celebrities and world leaders.

John Northrup

Senior Producer

John has a rich mastery of story telling and a seasoned understanding of international cultures. Speaking both English and Spanish, John has traveled to more than 40 countries in his 20 years as a media producer. His career has included producing for a variety of commercial and non-profit organizations including Lockheed Martin, Dutch National Television, The Jesus Film Project, ESPN and Trans World Radio. Most recently John headed up the media production team at Purpose Driven Publishing where he worked directly with Rick Warren to produce a broad range of media resources for U.S. and international distribution.


Kevin B. Hart

Director / Editor

Kevin Hart

Kevin is a marketing professional with a passion for telling the story, and has worked for a wide variety of organizations ranging from nonprofit to high tech. Kevin launched his career with Youth for Christ/USA helping to manage triennial youth conferences. A highly creative person who holds a degree in Business Administration, Kevin has helped manage marketing activities for high tech companies including sales strategy, public relations, and brand development and management.  Kevin is a gifted storyteller who has created, edited and produced a number of multimedia projects for corporate events, meetings, and the web.


Kate Clogston

Assistant Project Manager

Kate Clogston

Kate brings a fresh mix of talent, creativity and marketing savvy to the Spirit Media team. After spending a semester at the Los Angeles Film Study Center where she co-produced her first film, Kate went on to earn her degree in Cinema Media Communications in Oregon. Her added knowledge of business administration places Kate at the center of Spirit Media production scheduling and client services for TV/Video and event direction projects.

Timothy Greenidge

Audio Designer

Timothy is one of the most respected audio engineers and artists in the industry. Born the youngest of eight children, the son of a preacher, Timothy Greenidge has been blessed with a rich musical heritage of Gospel and R&B. From his early childhood in the Bronx of New York to his teen years in the Pacific Northwest, Timothy emerged as a passionate and gifted talent whether he's in front of the microphone or behind a mixing console. He has engineered hundreds of live concerts, corporate events and has produced several albums for himself and others in his trademark style of hope, encouragement and celebration.

Dan Hyatt

Director / Producer / Editor

Dan joined the world of professional broadcasting in 1987. As a director of the #1 Primetime newscast in Portland, Oregon for nearly four years, Dan displayed a sharp sense of timing and journalistic integrity. This skill set served him well as a director, producer, and editor for the Luis Palau Evangelistic Association, where for the next 7 1/2 years Dan earned multiple industry awards including the 2003 National Religious Broadcasters TV Special of the Year.

David Spangler

Director / Cinematographer

David Spangler

David is an Emmy award-winning director/cinematographer who has traveled the world with camera in hand to capture everything from the power of nature, to the drama of sports, politics and business. Though starting out as a commercial photographer, David shifted his talents to journalism as a videographer for a daily newscast. He next rose to senior cinematographer for the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), where for 16 years; he reached tens of millions of hearts while winning numerous awards for cinematic excellence.

Patty Wisner

Graphic Designer

Patty Wisner has been an art director/designer in the Northwest graphic design community for over 20 years. Offering brand design for print, video, interactive media and web site development, clients have included Mentor Graphics, Norm Thompson Outfitters, Portland General Electric, Unicru, Hilton Hotels in Las Vegas and Reno. Since 1999, Patty has also been a part-time brand design instructor for Portland Community College's Graphic Design Program.
